amelia* is an artist with a successful commercial business.

When I started working with Sarah, I was feeling that I was in chaos and I was a dog chasing my tail. I now feel organised and am tackling some of the mindset problems that were making me anxious and holding me back.

If I am really honest I think my biggest issue was trust. I am now delegating my work with success, have a website and moving my business on to not just being profitable but sustainable. I feel much calmer and in a position to solve problems rather than avoid them. I feel happy and confident about my values and the value of what I do.

Sarah has warmth and kindness. I trust her. I now feel like I deserve my success and that I am becoming a happier and more confident person.

I’m so glad I did this work - I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I started to see progress.

PS: To add one more thing - Sarah clearly loves what she does and that is really infectious. I feel very inspired about what I do because I am in the same company. She has such a wealth of understanding and understands how much I care about what I do.
