About Me
I work with leaders, founders and organisations who are shaping culture, carrying responsibility and trying to do good and do well at the same time.
From the outside, things may look successful. Inside, there is often complexity such as decisions that carry real consequences for people, funding, direction and trust. My work creates space to slow down, think clearly and lead in ways that are steady, ethical and sustainable.
I support people who don’t want shortcuts or ready-made answers. I work with those who are willing to reflect, notice patterns, test their assumptions and take responsibility for the tone and culture they are creating around them.
Whether you are leading a team, building an organisation or holding a role that shapes others’ work, I help you connect purpose with practice, and values with the everyday decisions that make them real.
Coaching, as I practise it, is not only about personal insight or resilience. It is a way of supporting the wellbeing of the systems you are part of. How you listen, decide, set boundaries and respond under pressure shapes the tone of your team and the culture around you. Our work together pays attention to both: your own steadiness and the conditions you are creating for others to do their best work.
My work
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, coaching and social impact. I am interested in how people lead when things are uncertain, when resources are stretched and when the work really matters.
At its heart, this is coaching work. Not always in the sense of techniques or scripts, but in how people learn to listen to themselves and others, notice what is really going on and respond with intention rather than habit.
Clients often come to me when they are navigating growth, change or complexity. They want to make decisions they can stand behind, not just justify. They want to build cultures where people can speak honestly, take responsibility and do their best work without burning out.
Through our work together, people often develop stronger foundations for their own wellbeing alongside their leadership. This might look like clearer boundaries, more confidence in difficult conversations, a greater sense of purpose in their role, or simply the ability to slow down and think before reacting.
I work one-to-one with leaders and founders, with teams and organisations and with coaches through supervision and professional development. Across all of this, the thread is the same: helping people lead from steadiness rather than urgency, and to create conditions where people can perform, connect and thrive over time.
My mission
To increase positive social impact and strengthen individual and collective wellbeing by supporting people to lead, decide and act in ways that are fair, thoughtful and sustainable.
My values
I believe in:
Fairness and equity
Kindness and compassion
Responsibility and integrity
Cooperation and collaboration
Work that contributes without costing people their health or humanity
My background
I began my career in performing arts education before moving into community arts and social change work in the South East. Those early roles taught me about the role of creativity in people’s lives, and about what it means to work in systems where resources are limited and the stakes are real.
I went on to work as a senior leader in a nationally recognised arts and social change charity, working closely with the CEO to grow the organisation. During this time, I co-developed a values-led methodology, designed and delivered large-scale community programmes, and mentored artists, leaders and practitioners across a wide range of disciplines.
This experience shaped how I now work with leaders and organisations. I understand the pressures of funding, governance, accountability and growth, alongside the human realities of motivation, burnout, conflict and care.
I later trained as a coach and supervisor, building a practice that brings together leadership, culture, reflective practice and ethical business. Today, I work across the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, supporting people who want their work to contribute to positive change without losing themselves in the process.
