ABOUT ME
I work with people and organisations who know they’re ready for something more…more clarity, more purpose, more impact…but need the space, structure and accountability to make it happen.
You might be sitting on a great idea that needs realising, or you might just want to do, make or build something that feels more meaningful to you.
Maybe you’re part of a team or an organisation that wants to find a shared purpose or navigate change. Wherever you’re at, as an individual or as a group, I help you get clear on what really matters and then do something with that.
I don’t work with people who see coaching as a shortcut, or who want someone to hand them answers. I work with people who are willing to lean in, reflect, shift, stretch and grow.
My mission
It’s my mission to increase positive social impact and improve individual and collective wellbeing. Everybody counts.
Our values
I believe in freedom, equity, kindness, compassion, cooperation and collaboration.
My background
Twenty-five years ago Sarah began her career as a lecturer in performing arts before moving into community arts with a large housing association in the South East. She learned a lot from these roles about the place of creativity and arts in our lives as well as the need for us all to work towards a better world for everyone.
With a strong sense of social justice and a curiosity of how creativity might help, she then worked for a renowned arts and social change charity as a senior leader working closely with the CEO to grow the charity. She co-developed a values-led methodology, devised and managed large scale community projects and worked with and mentored a range of artists, community activists and arts professionals across a whole range of art forms.
Following that role, Sarah became an accredited coach and has quickly set up a successful business using her experience in the not-for-profit sector to support all kinds of businesses, organisations and individuals.
