One-to-one coaching for leaders and founders

.

For people who want to do good and do well without losing themselves along the way.

You may be leading an organisation, building something of your own or holding responsibility for people, direction and impact. From the outside things may look successful, while internally you are navigating complexity, decisions or questions that deserve more space than you currently have.

This work offers that space.

I believe you deserve work that contributes and nourishes, that alignment with your values creates sustainability rather than sacrifice, and that your positive impact should not come at the expense of your wellbeing.

What this coaching offers

This is thoughtful, grounded coaching for people shaping systems, culture and outcomes over time.

It supports you to:

  • Think clearly and reflect honestly about the choices you are making

  • Navigate responsibility, transition or change with integrity

  • Stay connected to purpose without ignoring commercial or organisational realities

  • Make decisions you can stand behind, not just justify

This is not coaching for performance optimisation, quick fixes or pushing through at all costs. It is reflective and challenging work for people who want their contribution to be sustainable.

What this looks like in real life

A senior leader who came feeling caught between organisational pressure and their own values. Over time, they stopped trying to carry everything alone and began having clearer, steadier conversations with their team. What shifted wasn’t just their stress levels, but how much responsibility the team felt able to take.

A founder growing fast and quietly burning out. Our work focused less on productivity and more on how they were setting tone and boundaries. They later described the biggest change as leading from steadiness instead of urgency.

A director who realised they were still doing the day-to-day work of the organisation. We explored what it meant to truly step into a leadership role, to delegate with clarity rather than rescue and to trust the systems they were building. They went away for a month and came back to find the organisation running well without them.

Structure and commitment

  • I like to work with clients over a period of time to offer space to think, explore and experiment.

We start with a three-month agreement, and then take each month at a time until you decide to pause or complete the work. This allows for continuity, depth and trust to develop.

We have two 75-minute coaching sessions each month.
Each month is priced at £525.

    Some more logistics below.

  • There is light-touch WhatsApp support between sessions for brief reflections, check-ins, nudges or wanting to be heard at a moment in time. Response time will be set out in our agreement.

  • I work with a small number of one-to-one clients at any one time, usually 2–4. This allows for depth, attention and responsiveness and sits alongside my other work.

My approach

My approach is responsive and grounded in the realities of leadership and your life. I do not work to a single methodology or formula. Instead, I work with what you bring and the systems you are part of.

I sometimes describe myself as a magpie coach, drawing from different disciplines and ways of working, choosing what is most useful in the moment rather than applying a fixed approach.

My work is informed by an interest in how systems and culture shape behaviour, alongside positive psychology, transactional analysis and reflective practice.

Most of my coaching takes place online. I also work face to face with some clients and offer walking coaching to support reflection and connection.

“I came for coaching because I felt stuck. I stayed because it changed how I lead my team, not just how I manage my workload.”
