Leadership Workshop

A leadership development workshop that builds coaching capability for people who hold responsibility for others at work, supporting sustainable performance, strong relationships and long-term wellbeing.

Participants leave with practical tools for better one-to-ones, clearer boundaries and more confident leadership conversations.

This is a leadership workshop for organisations who want practical coaching skills that improve how people lead, listen and make decisions.

It works as a standalone intervention and can also act as a clear lead-in to longer-term leadership development, including Coaching for Leadership.

The workshop follows a clear, consistent structure and core themes, giving participants space to apply what they learn directly to their own roles and context.

A leadership-led approach to wellbeing

Many wellbeing initiatives focus on individual coping strategies, often asking people to manage pressure created by the system around them.

This workshop takes a leadership lens instead.

We look at how everyday conversations, expectations and decisions shape people’s experience of work. The focus is on listening, clarity, boundaries and autonomy as practical leadership behaviours that support performance and wellbeing. 

Models like PERMA+V are used as a conversation lens rather than a standard. Wellbeing is understood as something that shows up differently across individuals, roles and nervous systems.

I work across the not-for-profit, public and for-profit sectors, including arts, education, cultural organisations and purpose-driven businesses.


The workshop is offered in set formats as either two half days or a full day.

My facilitation style is calm, relational and boundaried. I create spaces where people feel able to think, speak honestly and reflect, without being put on the spot or pushed beyond what feels safe.

Sessions are designed with neuroinclusive principles in mind, ensuring they are accessible, thoughtfully paced and considerate of different ways people process information and engage.

Two half days: £1,500

One full day: £1,200

Fees are exclusive of travel and accommodation, which will be charged at cost where required.

Sarah Fox Coaching is a sole trader and does not currently charge VAT.

Payment terms: 14 days from invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
