We Work For Fairness And Contribution

We believe coaching can be a force for good. We aim to build businesses that sustain us and contribute to a more just, caring and equitable world.

Coaching doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Every conversation happens in a wider social context. As part of a much bigger system. This principle asks us to see that context and act with care.

Working for fairness means being aware of privilege, access and power which includes both ours and our clients’. It means striving to make our work more inclusive and equitable. It means asking, how can my business contribute to a more just and compassionate world?

Supervision helps us hold this complexity. It allows us to notice blind spots and assumptions. It invites us to reflect on who we serve and who we might be excluding.

Practically, fairness might look like offering sliding scales, supporting community initiatives or partnering with organisations that align with our values. It might mean speaking up when something feels unjust or using our platforms thoughtfully. It might mean developing materials that are neuroinclusive.

It’s recognising that as we build our businesses, we are also shaping the culture of coaching itself.

Reflect: How does your coaching contribute to the kind of world you want to live in?
