We believe reflecting on our practice is essential to becoming better coaches. We prioritise regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

Supervision is not a luxury but a cornerstone of ethical practice. It’s where we reflect on our work, learn from our experiences and maintain our professional integrity.

Through supervision, we see ourselves more clearly. We become aware of our biases, assumptions and emotional responses. It helps us hold our clients’ stories without losing our own centre.

In the Still Coaching community, supervision also supports the business side. It’s where we can explore boundaries, pricing, client dynamics and ethical questions that shape how we work. Supervision helps us lead our businesses with awareness. 

Investing in supervision is an act of respect for our clients, our craft and ourselves. It signals that we take our role seriously and are committed to growth beyond competence. We’re brave and ready to open ourselves to what we are uncertain of and of the things we might want to hide. It’s not about being corrected. It’s about being supported to see more, understand more and therefore serve more deeply.
