Coaching Supervision

  • 1:1

We believe that supervision should be a place where you can bring your whole self and where you and your supervisor can reflect together to support you, your practice, and if relevant your coaching business.

Examples topics and themes: your thoughts and feelings during coaching sessions; where you might feel stuck or unsure; professional development - following your curiosity; being a ‘good’ coach; your wellbeing; creating a coaching business that feels aligned to your coaching approach

My role in 1:1 is to support you as a fellow coach and offer you challenge, solidarity, empathy, a different perspective, feedback…

Like coaching, it is your time and you bring the agenda and decide on the actions to take - if you want them. It is more of a peer-to-peer to relationship.

Supervision is for one hour and charged at £200/hr.

I want supervision to be accessible so open up some spaces on a Pay What You Can basis: as a suggestion you can pay the same hourly rate as for your highest paying client. If this is something you need at this time, do reach out.

Supervision can take place in Ramsgate, Kent or over zoom. You can book in as many sessions as you like.

  • Group Supervision

I offer group supervision which brings coaches together to share coaching challenges, concerns, opportunities, ethical dilemmas with their peers.

We meet once a month for six months. The group stays the same for 6 months so that you forge strong ties and we always encourage you to continue to support each other beyond the life of the ‘programme’.

On agreement by the whole group, it is possible to continue to have further facilitated group sessions.

We keep the group small - no more than 5 and attendance to all sessions is encouraged.

Group supervision is co-created together. Like 1:1, you can being anything that impacts your work as a coach whether that’s reflecting on a client, your own wellbeing, life events, contracts with clients - all is welcome.

Fees are paid upfront to ensure commitment from all participants. The fee is £960 for 6 × 2 hour sessions.

  • Still Coaching

If you want to create a coaching business rooted in fairness, contribution and ethical practice, this is the community for you.

This community is for coaches who want their business to be congruent with their coaching principles. They want to develop their coaching craft, receive supervision and build a sustainable business without the pressure to niche down, hit seven figures or follow the toxic trends in the coaching industry.

Being a coach in today’s rapidly growing industry can feel overwhelming. The pressure to find a niche, market yourself relentlessly and compete with others’ success stories can be discouraging.

Many coaches struggle with imposter syndrome, ethical dilemmas and navigating business models that don’t align with their values. It can also feel lonely: coaching is often a solo journey and without a team or peers, it’s easy to feel isolated. This community provides a space to work through these challenges with support, honesty and integrity.

What you receive: a monthly group supervision and support session; a monthly business development session; a community of likeminded coaches; and a resource library.

    Standard Rate: £40 per month

Solidarity Rate: £20 per month (for those who need financial flexibility)

Supporter Rate: £60 per month (for those who can afford to support others)
