happy business birthday to me!

Hello.

how are you today?

I’m celebrating . This time last year I launched my 100 days for 100 people coaching challenge and I’ve decided that this is going to be (one of) my business birthdays. Yes, I am going to be like the Queen and have two. The second will be on the anniversary of launching the Do Good and Do Well podcast and community.

I officially became self employed in April 2018, but it wasn’t until June 2020 that I felt like I had a business with a website and everything. It was also in that month that I took action that completely moved my business in the right direction and that gave me so much confidence both as a coach and as the CEO of my own business.

It’s weird not having a team to celebrate with, it was always so lovely - and important - to share success with others. And now I work on my own, I think it’s even more crucial to celebrate the big and small wins. Okay, so I may not be a gazillionaire-philanthropist yet, but when I look back to the despair I felt when the pandemic hit, I am so proud of myself for what I have achieved so far. So, I’m celebrating by sharing my top five wins from the last year, and offer in my RESET PLUS sessions for only £99 (more about that below)

TOP TEN MOMENTS

1

As I said to the wonderful humans in my Taking The Leap programme last week, although I wouldn’t recommend coaching 100 people over 100 days to others, it was absolutely the right thing for me. I learnt so much about me, and about my craft. And, at the end, I commissioned the brilliant Megan Metcalf to create a celebratory piece of animation.

When I first started, I created a very simple website. After I while I chose to invest in the brilliant Sarah Monte-Colombo to design a logo and website for me. It’s a win for me because it felt really good to be able to pay someone - I realised that outsourcing was important. I don’t have to do it all.

If you are reading this and you know me, you will know how much I hate(d) having my photograph taken, so choosing to have a photo shoot was a BIG DEAL and not only was the experience hugely fun, it was one of my biggest personal wins of the last year. Thank you to the amazing Rebecca Douglas for creating the space for this to happen.

4

I can’t not mention my podcast Do Good and Do Well. I love it. I love my guest who teach me so much and I am so grateful to each and everyone of my clients.

5

And my top win? All of my wonderful clients and Do Good and Do Well community members, of course! In the last year I have worked directly with over 200 BRILLIANT individuals who desire to contribute positively to the world. I am also so proud of the ever growing Do Good and Do Well community of teachers, social activists, artists, freelancers and leaders (come and find us in the facebook group).

My mission is to help you:

  • to care as much about yourself as you do others

  • to know that you are priceless and enough

  • to feel fulfilled

  • to see that you already have so much of what you need to live the life you desire

  • to invite you to be present to what is here and now

  • to find the joy in this surprising, messy, beautiful, painful, complicated human journey

I’m on that journey with you all too. And I bloody love it.

To celebrate, I am offering a number of RESET plus sessions for only £99 (normally £197).

Can I help you to focus on a particular challenge or issue you are facing and understand what you need to overcome it?

In this short, snappy package you will get an hour’s 1:1 coaching with me, a mini homework enquiry of powerful questions for you to get curious about, and a follow up 30 minute session, to reflect on learning (and is helpful for accountability).

Use the code FIRSTBIRTHDAY and this offer ends 30 June 2021.

Take care everyone!
