HELLO
You can book me to facilitate a three part online programme for your team, organisation or freelancers, called How To Do Good and Do Well.
Is it possible to do good in the world without losing yourself in the process? How often do you feel able to assert your own needs? What difference do you really want to make in the world, and what's stopping you from living the life you actually want? These are a few of the questions that will be reflected on in this series of workshops led by me - coach, facilitator and podcaster Sarah Fox. Drawing on positive psychology and coaching tools, I will help you and your team to think about how your why, how you think, and how you care about your wellbeing are three vital pillars in doing good and doing well.
The three workshops explore:
Mindset – our thoughts create feelings, our feelings create behaviour. I will share tools and strategies for building a more positive mindset (without ignoring the reality of the world).
Wellbeing – it’s not all about bubble baths and wine. This session will build on the mindset work and explore how you can improve your own wellbeing based on what it means for you.
Impact and contribution – what’s your why and how can you live a meaningful life that makes a difference to the world.
Every individual will receive a resource following each session with the content given in the workshops and additional exercises and activities for those wishing to continue their learning and discovery.
Workshops are all delivered online, on zoom. They are some interactive elements, but I have designed the workshops to be deliberately contemplative and quiet to allow for deeper reflection. Participants are welcome to keep cameras off and stay muted. I encourage participants to ask for, and participate in the way that meets their own needs.
FEE: £1000 for three workshops, plus resources and up to 25 people participating. 25% discount for not-for-profit organisations with a turnover of less than £100k/year.
some feedback from previous participants
“I thought it might be a duplication of workshops I had done previously. It was very positive and helped me to clarify my goals. It made me realise how much I have achieved so far and it was really positive. So many zoom workshops achieve nothing.
“The workshops gave me answers I didn't know I had, questions encouraged me to think differently, helped me learn and get to know myself, and define what wellbeing means for me.”
“I signed up because I wanted to take positive action in developing my career plan and have more tools to understand how I approach things. There were lots of new exercises/resources, new mindset approaches, thinking and reflection space. The sessions were accessible, useful and I have learnt from them and am integrating elements into my life”.
“It reminded me how wonderful human connection is and that underneath we all have the same hopes and fears. This was an uplifting experience and taught really well”.
