Coaching for purpose driven founders, freelancers and leaders
Are you a someone who wants to make a positive contribution and help increase social impact?
And are you someone who often finds themselves trying to please others, giving all they have to supporting the people around them and having little time and energy for themselves?
Have you, somewhere along the lines, abandoned yourself?
If so, I might just be the coach you’re looking for.
I coach all kinds of people who range in background and experience but who often share similar values around community, connection and wanting to make the world a better place as well as improve their personal wellbeing.
Past clients have included CEOs, directors, senior leaders, freelancers, and founders across different sectors.
Topics and themes are wide-ranging:
How can I reduce my self doubt and imposter syndrome to lead and influence more effectively?
How do I increase social impact without breaking myself?
How do I have difficult conversations with my colleagues?
Everything feels urgent and important - what do I prioritise?
How to I say no and set healthier boundaries?
I’m not in the right place - how do I move on from here?
I have a big change coming - how do I navigate my way through it in a way that feels like me?
Coaching can help you to explore these questions and find a way forward.
“Working with you is an incredibly wise investment of one’s time and money!”

Executive Coaching for organisations
We work with organisations to deliver coaching to their workforce.
As an example, a team of 4 coaches work with staff across nine schools in an academy trust in the South East. We help staff to achieve professional goals around topics such as authentic leadership, wellbeing, managing relationships and projects.
Typically each member of staff receives 6 sessions taken over a period of time agreed with the organisation and/or coachee. It is possible to involve the line manager as part of the process.
We also offer some coaching training to participants so that they can make the most of their coaching experience.
Topics and themes are wide-ranging:
How do I have more effective conversations with my team?
How do I balance my professional and personal life better?
What’s next for me in my career?
I feel like a complete imposter? How do I gain confidence in myself?
Everyone says I’m great but I don’t believe them. How do I build my self-belief?
I want to motivate my team? How can I do that better?
I need to build more trust in our organisation? How do I go about doing that?
I’m wake up ever night worrying about my to-do list. How can I feel calmer and less anxious?
Bringing in a coach to support your workforce can improve performance and well-being, and start to create a coaching culture where more people feel seen, heard and respected.
I found the first session very helpful. My coach was very calm and patient with supporting me to be reflective. She also highlighted both potential areas at work and at home to explore, which helped identify a holistic view of areas of my professional life that needed coaching.”
What is coaching?
Coaching is a way for you to carve out time and space to think through challenges and opportunities. Sometimes a coach is described as a ‘thinking partner’ - someone who can reflect back what they’ve heard and ask questions to help you gain new perspectives, build new habits, and find a way forward.
